Please consider joining us for our next CWS CWS Social Justice Praxis Working Group Meeting, slated for next Tues., 9/22, from 2.00p-3.00p CST. We'll be discussing the intersections between social justice and writing program administration by focusing on readings from Staci Perryman-Clark, Collin Lamont Craig, Sara Ahmed, Iris Ruiz, and Genevieve García de Müeller.
The Social Justice Praxis Working Group meets on a monthly basis, and its members seek to build teaching practices that engage our students and ourselves in the transformative work of developing personal awareness, understanding structural inequality, and committing to action in pursuit of a more just world.
